Waterford Council gives green light to expand housing development in Ferrybank

A developer has been given the go-ahead to increase the number of homes in a housing development in Ferrybank.

Oli Developments Limited has applied to build more than 45 homes in a development at Arbourmount, Rockshire, Ferrybank on a phased basis.

In planning for the current phase, Oli was originally given permission for 10 homes. It then went back to the council looking to build 12 homes on the site.

After consideration, the local authority granted the developer permission to go ahead with the plans to build the 12 two-storey, four bedroom homes.

The developer has also requested permission to build more homes as part of the final phase of the development. This request is still being considered by the local authority.
