Waterford, 4th March 2020, Edward (Ned), deeply mourned and sadly missed by his brothers and sisters Michael, Breda, Caroline, Jimmy, Geraldine and Kieran, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Ned is predeceased by his parents Eddie and Mary.
Reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan, on Thursday evening, 5th March, from 4.30 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. Removal on Friday afternoon, 6th March, at 1.15 p.m. from his sister Geraldine O’Brien’s home in Abbotts Close, Seapark, Abbeyside to St. Laurence’s Church, Ballinroad for Requiem Mass at 2 p.m. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Sylvie Murphy (nee Corlay) Honorary French Consul in charge of Maritime Affairs in Ireland. Late of Warrenpoint, Co. Down, formerly of Dunmore East, Co. Waterford and Etel, Brittany, France. Died peacefully in her sleep 3rd March 2020. Predeceased by her grandson Kylian. Deeply loved and mourned by Jim, Joefy, her children Alain, Nathalie and David, grandchildren, Mia, Julia, Declan, Cian and Olivia Sylvie, daughters-in-law Kathy and Resa, son-in-law Barry, her mother Annette, sisters Juliane, Helene and brother Alain in France.
Service of memorial in Kilbroney, Church of Ireland, Rostrevor, Co. Down on Thursday, 5th March, at 2pm. Funeral Mass in Holy Cross Church, Killea, Dunmore East, Co. Waterford on Saturday, 7th March, at 12 noon. Private Cremation to follow. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to The McMillan Trust and The Marie Curie Foundation.
