REST IN PEACE: Waterford Death Notices

Richard passed away, peacefully, in the exceptional care of the staff at St. Patrick’s Community Hospital Fermoy. (Late Met Office Cork Airport), Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his niece Anne, nephews Donal, Eugene, Conor and James, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Ronayne’s Funeral Home, Fermoy, Friday from 6.00pm – 7.00pm, followed by removal to St. Martin’s Church, Kilworth. Requiem Mass Saturday at 12 noon and funeral afterwards to Kilcrumper new cemetery.

BERRY: Lyrenaglough, Ballyduff Upper, Co.Waterford. On 21st January 2020. Peacefully in the presence of his loving family, friends and in the tender and loving care of the Nursing Staff at Dungarvan Community Hospital. Patrick (Pat), husband of the late Catherine (nee O’Connor). Deeply regretted by his loving sons Padraig, Cathal, Gearoid and Donagh daughters-in-law Orla, Cindy, and Sinead, brother Seamus, sisters Mary Costello and Bridget, sisters-in-law Maureen and Maura, brother-in-law Pat, grandchildren Sadhbh, Saoirse, Caoilfhionn, Tom, Katie, Ava and Conor relatives, neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at Aidan Walsh & Sons Funeral Home, Tallow on Friday evening from 5.00pm followed by removal at 7.00pm to St. Michael’s Church, Ballyduff Upper. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11.00am. followed by burial in Kilcrumper Cemetery, Fermoy.

Cotter, (Ennis Road, Limerick), Dungarvan, Co. Waterford and late of Glengarriff, Co. Cork, and Ballygirreen Radio Station, on January 21st, 2020, Jim, in the tender care of the staff of Med 3, University Hospital Waterford, peacefully in his 100th year and surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen (nee Hynes), much loved Dad of Valerie (Coughlan), Geraldine (Quigley), and Jackie (Harney) and cherished Grandad of Sarah (Blake), David, and Clodagh Harney. Sadly missed by his family, sons-in-law, Donal, Tom and Adrian, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Reposing at Drohan’s Funeral Home, Dungarvan, on Thursday, January 23rd, from 5pm with removal at 7pm, to St. Laurence’s Church, Ballinroad, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. Requiem Mass on Friday, January 24th at 11am, followed by burial afterwards in St. Finbarr’s Cemetery, Cork, arriving at 2pm approximately.

Late of Cappoquin, Waterford. Peacefully, at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Predeceased by her sisters Eileen and Mary, her brothers Joseph, John and Mick. Loving wife of the late Jack. She will be sadly missed by her loving sons Eddie, Joe, John and Martin, daughter Mary, sister Bessie, daughters in law Tina and Bernie, son in law Colm, grandchildren Kerry and Oliver, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Patrick Murray and Son’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Newtownmountkennedy (A63X456) from 5pm until 7pm on Friday 24th January with prayers taking place at 6pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.30am, arriving at The Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Ashord, for 11am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Glenealy Cemetery.

Sr. Marie Brendan Donohue, Sister of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd, who died peacefully 21st January 2020 at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home, Ferrybank. Sadly missed by her community and by her nieces, Patsy, Josphine, Carolyn and nephews John and John and grand nieces and nephews.

Reposing in Convent Oratory from 3.30 p.m. today, Wednesday, January 22nd, until Funeral Mass at 12.00 on Friday, January 24th, followed by interment in the adjoining Convent Cemetery.

Myles O’Sullivan, Wood Park Apartments, Park Road, Waterford, and late of Bishopsgrove, Ferrybank and DFL Joinery, who died on Wednesday 22nd January 2020, suddenly at University Hospital Waterford, Predeceased by his parents Murt and Sadie, brothers Murt and Joe, Myles will be sadly missed by his much loved daughter Stella, his adoring grandchildren Thomas and Jade, brothers John, Jim, Gerard and Ray, sisters Brenda (Costello), Geraldine (Tobin) and Maureen (Flynn), uncles, aunts, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family, neighbours and friends.

Myles will be reposing in Power’s Funeral Home, Ferrybank, on Friday, 24th January, from 5pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Saturday, 25th January, to The Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank, arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
