REST IN PEACE: Waterford Death Notices

Rita FOLEY (née Walsh)
Newport’s Square, Waterford City/Kilmacow, Kilkenny

Pedeceased by her husband Paddy and her son baby Gerard. Will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Dorothy, Bernadette and Isobel, sons Declan, Raymond and Damien, sons-in-law Jerry, Jimmy and Pat, daughters-in-law Ann, Mary and Jackie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Annette and Mena, brother Tom, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Requiem Mass on Monday in St Senan’s Church, Kilmacow followed by burial in the adjoining.

Rita’s funeral cortege will be passing her residence in Newport’s Square at approximately 10:30 am on the way to St. Senan’s Church.

Mary (Betty) McGRATH (née Doyle)
Curragh, Ardmore

Betty, Curragh, Ardmore and late of Harrow, London, UK peacefully at Waterford University Hospital, beloved wife of the late Declan and loving mother of the late Peter, sadly missed by her loving family daughters Ella (Seward) and Michaela, son-in-law Declan, Michaelas partner John, grandchildren Leo and Alicia, sister Ann (Daly), nieces and nephews Michelle, Ivan, Anthony, Stephen, and Ralph, her extended family relatives and friends both in Ireland and England.

Bettys funeral will take place privately, in keeping with current Covid 19 guidelines. Please leave your condolences in the below here.

Kathleen McCabe, Late of German Road St. John’s Park, Waterford, age 93 years. Died 20th November 2020.

Private Funeral Mass will take place in The Sacred Heart Church, the Folly, on Sunday, 22nd November, at 12.30 pm. followed by burial in St. Otteran’s Cemetery, Ballinaneeshagh.

In line with government advice regarding public gatherings, Kathleen’s Funeral Mass and Burial will be private to family members and close friends.

Will be sadly missed by his loving wife Teresa (Terry), his children Pat, Martina, Caroline and Siobhan, grandchildren Gavin, Darragh, Abby, Shaun and Jack, great-grandchild Katie, daughter-in-law Alice, sons-in-law Andy and Ken, brother Michael, sisters-in-law Josie and Cissy, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Martin’s funeral cortége will be passing Arbour Road at approximately 9.40am and will be walking from the Bank on Church Road on the way to the St. Paul’s Church.
