The death has occurred of Michael Furlong. R.I.P. Late of Beechwood Avenue, John’s Park, Waterford who died on Saturday 15th August. Beloved husband of Teresa, deeply mourned by his children Dominic, Fiona, Claire, Alan, Eric and Anne-marie. Will be sadly missed by his sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, his loving brother Pat nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his home from 2-8pm on Sunday August 16th. Requiem Mass will take place on Monday (August 17th) in Sacred Heart Church, The Folly, Waterford followed by burial in St Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner. Michael’s funeral will leave his home at Beechwood Avenue at 11.30am to the Sacred Heart Church.
The ongoing Government/HSE advice guidelines regarding Public Gatherings/Funerals – Up to 50 family/friends can attend Funeral Mass in the church. Practice Social Distancing (2 meters between each person). No Handshaking, Hugging, Kissing. No Physical Condolence Books.

Catherine O’Neill (nee Bambrick), Marymount, Ferrybank, Waterford & formerly of Ballygunner and late of the Abbey Community College.
Beloved wife of Richard, much loved mother of Michael, Brian, Stephen, Jamie and Jennifer. Sadly missed by her daughter-in-law, partners and grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Private Funeral Mass on Monday in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Ferrybank followed by private cremation.
Catherine’s funeral cortége will pass her house at 9.30 am on Monday
