REST IN PEACE: Waterford Death Notices

William (Billy) Hanan
Kilcoran, Conna, Cork / Ballyduff Upper, Waterford

Billy passed away peacefully at the home of his sister Noreen in Glasshouse, Curraglass. Beloved son of the late John and Nora and dear brother of Noreen Morrissey, Lilly Patterson, Kathleen Barry and the late John and Sheila Mockler. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sisters, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in peace.

At the family’s request Billy will be Reposing at Ronayne’s Funeral Home Fermoy Sunday 5.00.pm. to 7.00.pm. for those who wish to pay their respects. Reception into St. Catherine’s Church, Conna on Monday for Private family Requiem Mass at 11.00.am funeral afterwards to Rathcormac Cemetery.

Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message in the section below ‘Condolences’.

Billy’s Funeral Mass will be livestreamned on Ronayne Funeral Directors Facebook.

Family flowers only, donation in lieu, if desired, to Marymount Hospice please.

Predeceased by her husband Gene. Will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Marie, Martina, Karen and Gina, sons-in-law Gary, Sean and Johnny, her grandchildren Darren, Conor, Jamie, Shauna, Luke, Lily and Geri, sisters Mary Cahill and Christina Cotter, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Private funeral will take place in St. Saviour’s Church, Ballybeg, Waterford followed by Private Burial in St. Otteran’s Cemetery. Catherine’s funeral will pass her residence on Sunday at 10.30am.

Michael (Monchie) Kiely Snr, Slievekeale Road, Waterford, who died on Friday, 24th July 2020, peacefully, at home, surrounded by his loving family, Predeceased by parents William and Margaret, brothers William, Denis, Sean and Christopher, sister Joanie (O’Reilly). Michael will be sadly missed by his loving wife Joan (nee Smith), sons Paul and Michael, daughters Deirdre (Cahill) and Geraldine (Halligan), daughter-in law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers Paddy and Gerry, Sister Mary (Rafter), brother-in-law,nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Michael will be reposing at his daughter Deirdre’s home Fairfield Drive, Belvedere Manor, on Saturday, 25th July, from 3pm until 7pm, Removal on Sunday, 26th July to the Holy Family Church, Luke Wadding St. arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial afterwards in St. Otteran’s Cemetery.
