Plans unveiled for new housing development in Tramore
Plans for a new 27-home development in Tramore have been lodged with the local authority.
Waterford-based developer DFL Construction Ltd has requested permission to build the new development at Crobally Upper on the Waterford Road.
If granted, the development would see the construction of 10 terraced two storey three-bedroom houses, four semi-detached two storey three-bedroom houses, eight terraced two-bedroom two storey houses, and two terraced three storey units comprising of a single bedroom unit, one two-bedroom duplex, and a single storey one-bedroom house.
A decision on the application is due in early April.
Submissions from the public are being accepted up until March 18.
