Plans for new development of large family homes in popular Waterford village
A local development company is looking to build nine family homes in a sought after seaside location.
QPO Dunmore Limited lodged plans with Waterford City and County Council requesting permission to build the house on a site at Knockancurran in Dunmore East, on the main road to the city.
The houses are all detached, two storey, four bedroom homes.
As part of the plans QPO, a company set-up in July 2019, has also requested entrance works, civil works, landscape works, and all associated ancillary site works.
The local authority is accepting submissions on the plans up until April 12.
A decision on the development is expected at the start of May.
