Fare play! Waterford’s migrant communities to cook up storm for homeless
West Waterford’s migrant communities will come together for a special event next week to help raise money for Irish homeless charities.
‘Food from the Four Corners’ will take place in the Creamery Café at Dungarvan Hostel on Tuesday, December 10 at 7pm.
All members of the public are invited to drop into the Creamery Café for an evening meal with a difference, where guests will have an opportunity to sample food from various countries and cultures, all lovingly prepared according to traditional recipes, from Hungarian goulash and German strudel to traditional Syrian kibbeh and tabouli salad.
All money raised on the night will be divided between three Irish homeless charities.
