Coast Guard called to incident in Waterford’s Comeragh Mountains

The Coast Guard helicopter Rescue 117 was called to assist the South Eastern Mountain Rescue Association (SEMRA) with an incident in the Comeragh Mountains in Co Waterford this afternoon.

According to WLRFM, the incident happened in the Coumshingaun area sometime after 3pm.

The Waterford based helicopter was on a training exercise in the area when called to help out.
